Live performance — Materia sonora — is an electroacoustic audio-video concert: the music of Manuel Sirotti, performed live with Ettore Mancuso, meets the live painting of Stefano Giorgi.
On stage, sound and image are born together: liquid colours, light and paint are captured by a camera and projected in real time alongside the music that accompanies and transforms them. Every night takes a different shape.
A pioneer of immersive live painting, Giorgi designed a unique projection system in 2005 that blends liquid colours with video, allowing him to perform dynamic visual art in real time.
The result: an immersive experience in which visual art and live music answer each other, in a constant dialogue between what happens on screen and what happens on stage.
